I have worked with Aya almost 3 years and have had only good experiences. Everyone I have worked with is professional, friendly, and very helpful in making each new assignment a smooth and nearly effortless transition. My recruiter, Robert Johnson, keeps in touch with me, always asking how I am doing and how the assignment is going. Travel nursing has it's challenges, but Rob and all the staff at AYA have my back every step of the way and I truly enjoy working with Aya!

I've had the pleasure of working with the absolute best, most responsive, most supportive recruiter - Amanda Piela. I have worked with other recruiters and felt that they never really cared until it was time to find a new contract. Amanda truly cares and checks in with you multiple times throughout your contract and helps find solutions when things don't go as planned. I highly recommend working with her! You won't find a better recruiter to work with it!

I have had the pleasure of working with whom I feel is the BEST recruiter in all of Aya - Anvy Crowley! They really lucked out by having her on the Aya team! Stephanie Eng is the most incredible recruiter I have ever worked with. She will be the only recruiter I’d ever choose to have by my side through all of the trials of traveling. She has had my back and guided me every step of the way without hesitation. No matter the different hospitals and long shifts/contracts shes always been my biggest ally. I am beyond grateful to her for making me feel heard and being a friend to me. I would recommend Stephanie without hesitation to anyone looking to be a travel nurse. Aya has been great! I’ve always wanted to try traveling but didn’t know where to start. My recruiter, Monica Hamilton, made the process easy and gave me the confidence to jump in! Not only did she help me find jobs in the areas I wanted to explore, but she was also more than willing to connect me with the right people when I had questions about payroll, benefits, and housing. This is my 1st assignment with Aya, but when I tell you it has been a great one, believe me. My recruiter is Brooke Kirkpatrick. She worked so diligently to get me placed at my current assignment. I have worked for several companies, but none come close to the pay, incentives, and the quality of recruiter as I have with Aya and Brooke. Brooke has been upfront and honest with me about everything. I feel that she has my back if any issues arise while I'm on assignment, all I have to do is call her. She takes the time to just call and check on me; I truly appreciate that. If you're looking for a company that will go the extra mile, look no farther than Aya. I'm telling you, you'll be glad you did.

**10/10 recommend ASHLEY PACHECO if you are looking for an awesome recruiter**I don't ever write reviews, but there is no way I could not talk about how truly AMAZING my travel nurse recruiter Ashley Pacheco was. There is a reason she was my very first and only recruiter throughout my time traveling. I felt like I was working with a friend who I'd known forever, not just a recruiter. From the moment she reached out to me, throughout the entirety of my contracts, she was always very reliable, attentive to detail, extremely personable, and so easy to work with. Ashley would take the time to call and check in with me on how my contract was going and was very available if I ever needed anything. She would always listen to what I was interested in from a contract and worked very hard to accommodate my preferences and find me a spot she felt I would love not just woking in but also living, which was so important to me. Ashley made the entire traveling process so easy and smooth for me, and her transparency left me feeling very secure and at ease if I ever had any questions or concerns about my contract. I know experiences with travel agencies differ, and a lot of those differences depend on the recruiter. My recruiter with Aya, Jason Guthrie, substantially outshines other recruiters across the board no matter their affiliation. Working with Aya can be difficult, but Jason made it smooth, efficient, and worthwhile through his attention to detail and his quick response time. He is also just an all around nice guy and super easy to work with. I am very grateful to him and have no plans to work with any other recruiter at Aya for as long as I travel with them.

I have been working for Aya is September 2023 until now (March 2024). And I had the best recruiter Jason Guthrie. When I first started, he quickly got me into Vascular tech position in Albuquerque, NM. So fast! I couldn't believe it! Automatically, making me feel like, a true hot commodity. Giving me the confidence I needed. To continue to do travel ultrasound. I've worked with other recruiters. But I only felt safe and informed with Jason, like he really cared. He explained things and repeated them without judgment. Aya has been a great experience due to the fact that I had Jason has my recruiter.
