I started Travel Nursing not knowing if this was going to be for me or not, well:9 assignments, 8 hospitals, 7 extensions and 4 years later, I truly believe that my recruiters Rebekah G. and Shaye G. at AYA have made my Travel Nursing experience second to none.From the beginning, I've felt supported and knew I had recruiters that always had my back. They worked with my pace and were very attentive to helping me figure out my next move whether it was an extension or another contract.They make sure I have everything I need to start an assignment and they check in often to make sure everything was going well or if I need some extra assistance as I am working the assignment.They've even worked some extra magic for me to be able to work a couple of assignments with one of my best friends.Rebekah and Shaye, I truly, sincerely and frankly appreciate you two!

I have been travel nursing with Aya for about 3 years now. Alexis Paz is my recruiter. She is very professional, caring, listens to your needs and wants. She always finds me the best assignments with the best pay. I have traveled to other states and Aya helps you get your license, certifications and everything in order prior to your start date. When on assignment Alexis and my team are always available to help, and listen if needed. I highly recommend you call Alexis if you are thinking of joining Aya. She is always right there with you no matter what you are going through, she gets you to the right people to help you. I have never had any problems getting ahold of my team for any needs. I love Aya and have been with other companies prior. I did not have the same experience with others as I've had here.

I’ve been Traveling with Aya actively for 7 months and I have been with the company for going on 2 yrs this month or next month. I have to say, my recruiter, Miss Ali and my Travel Specialist, Natasha are the MOST AMAZING duo I have ever worked with! Whenever I have had questions or concerns, they have worked their butts off to make sure I have received the answers I needed. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work! I’ve been traveling for about two years. I was with another agency before I switched to Aya, and I can honestly say I have had the best experience. The difference between Aya and other, smaller agencies is night and day. Each contract/compliance renewal was seamless and made each transition so incredibly easy. My recruiter, Taylor Tucholski, is the absolute best. Anytime I express interest in a specific job, she is right on top of submitting me for it, and each time we’ve received an offer super fast. She’s the absolute best!! If every recruiter were like Taylor, travel nursing would be so fun and so easy for everyone!!

I have worked with Aya almost 3 years and have had only good experiences. Everyone I have worked with is professional, friendly, and very helpful in making each new assignment a smooth and nearly effortless transition. I've had the pleasure of working with the absolute best, most responsive, most supportive recruiter - Amanda Piela. I have worked with other recruiters and felt that they never really cared until it was time to find a new contract. Stephanie Eng is the most incredible recruiter I have ever worked with. She will be the only recruiter I’d ever choose to have by my side through all of the trials of traveling. This is my 1st assignment with Aya, but when I tell you it has been a great one, believe me. My recruiter is Brooke Kirkpatrick. She worked so diligently to get me placed at my current assignment. I have worked for several companies, but none come close to the pay, incentives, and the quality of recruiter as I have with Aya and Brooke. Brooke has been upfront and honest with me about everything. I feel that she has my back if any issues arise while I'm on assignment, all I have to do is call her. She takes the time to just call and check on me; I truly appreciate that. If you're looking for a company that will go the extra mile, look no farther than Aya.
